Writing a bio is not an easy task writing about one’s self can be taxing. So here we begin. My name is Michelle Roland. I live in the country with my amazing husband David. In Lancaster County. We are both Truck drivers. I recently bought a food truck . I enjoy cooking and I really was looking for a change. You see food plays a big part in my life since I was very young. It means more than just eating it means to me a gathering place. I can remember my Great grandfather making homemade spaghetti sauce in a huge pot and all the family would come over, extended family cousins,aunts uncles dipping bread pieces in the sauce while conversations were being exchanged. I’m Italian so that’s everyone talking loudly and at once. It was an amazing feeling. As I grew up in my household family and food took center stage. My Grandfather Joe Midile kept that alive. So in honor of my Great and Grandfather I named my food trailer Midileos . I would like to believe they would both be very proud. I love the thought that I can make food and have the freedom to cook what I want and where I want . So my goal is is to serve Great food and have great conversation.
